Indigo Love of Reading Foundation (“LoR”, “we” or “us”) values the trust of our donors and volunteers and recognizes that maintaining this trust requires that we be open and accountable in our treatment of the personal information that you choose to share with us. LoR’s commitment to privacy means that we will only collect, use, store or disclose your personally identifiable information (“personal information”) in accordance with this Privacy Policy.  LoR reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time and changes will take effect immediately.

Service Providers: As necessary, LoR may share your information with our service providers who provide us with support services, such as collecting donation information, processing credit card payments, and other electronic payments, email delivery, website hosting, and analytics services. These service providers are provided only the information needed to perform their specific function and are prohibited from using this information for any other purposes.

Posting on Our Websites/Social Media Platforms: If you post information on our social media platform(s) or website, the information you post may be seen by other visitors, including your user name and post.

Protecting Lawful Interests: LoR may share your information if disclosure is required by law and is necessary to enforce our agreements or policies, or the disclosure will help us protect the rights, property or safety of LoR, its donors or our partners.

While we strive to protect your personal information, LoR cannot warrant the security of any personal information you transmit to us or from our on-line services, and you do so at your own risk.

Our software is routinely updated to maximize protection of such information.

Collection And Use Of Non-Personal Information

We collect and use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, anonymously track donors’ movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. We do not link IP addresses to personally identifiable information.

Use By Minors

LoR does not intend for online services or its website to be used by anyone under the age of majority.
