- Download waiver form
- Principal to get the students’ parents/guardians and educators to sign the forms (parents/guardians form is on pg. 1, educators form is on pg. 2)
- Principal to keep all the signed forms until after the Grant Day event
- The Love of Reading team will reach out to the principal in early June with screenshots of the featured individuals (students & educators) in Grant Day materials
- Principal will send signed forms of those featured individuals to Love of Reading team for records and approval
